| HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE? |
Purchasing from Platform is easy; simply choose what you would like to purchase and add them to your shopping bag, then register your email and delivery details with a password. This information will be kept for the next time you visit. Then complete the payment details and submit your order. Your order will then be processed and packaged for delivery; we will notify you by email to confirm your order and again once it has been dispatched.

Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, Platform cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate. |

Prices on this website can be expressed in a variety of currencies to cater for everyone worldwide, simply select your desired currency at the top of any webpage. The total cost of your purchase including shipping will be shown in your local currency on your credit card statement at the conversion date. Local import duties may be payable when you receive your order. It is your responsibility to pay this.

Rural delivery may take 2-3 days longer.

We are happy to send your order outside of New Zealand, the following options are available:
AUSTRALIA - NZD$25 (3-6 working days)
SOUTH PACIFIC - NZD$30 (8-14 working days)
REST OF THE WORLD (We will quote a custom freight charge at the checkout.)
Delivery is made by air mail and can take up to 14 working days
Please note: International deliveries may be subject to local Import Duties and Taxes and are your responsibility.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard and American Express.
If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be redirected to an encrypted DPS Payment Express gateway where you will be asked to input your card details. You can read their Privacy Policy here. Your information will never be disclosed or sold by Platform.
If you have paid on your credit card you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch. |
| BANK DEPOSIT |
If you choose to pay by bank deposit, you will receive an email order confirmation with our bank deposit details. Please record your order number as your reference for the payment.
Please note that bank deposit payments must be received within 3 working days of the order being placed to remain valid. |
CHEQUES

Please note that if you are paying by cheque your order will be dispatched once your cheque has cleared (usually 2 working days).

| RETURNS POLICY |
Platform is committed to providing quality products & service to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in original condition, unworn and with labels attached within 14 days of receipt and we will refund or exchange it for you.
If you need to exchange your item(s) for any reason your 1st exchange will be delivered free. If you require further exchanges there will be a delivery cost charged at normal rates.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. |

| FAULTY PRODUCTS |
Platform Clothing Ltd. is happy to replace or refund any garment deemed to be at fault by fabric flaw or manufacturing. Garments should be returned with the completed Returns Form you received with your order or download here. Garments deemed faulty will be replaced free of additional freight charges. Garments will be inspected by our Quality Assurance department and garments which have been purposely tampered with will not qualify for an exchange or refund. Please ensure that worn garments have been washed prior to return. If you require a refund, Platform will refund the full purchase price and original postage.
